		<description>Another tip:  after writing down something you want to remember, say it aloud 3 times.  The speech center connects to the long-term-memory area of the brain, so saying something aloud (has to be aloud, even if only whispered) aids in the copying of the info to long-term memory.  And research has shown that 3 does seem to be the magic number.
